RETURN POLICY
You can return products purchased from Stewart Denim for any reason during the allotted return time (check the product details page for the same). Only products with an undamaged tag will be accepted.
Refund Procedure
We provide a free pick-up service. Our delivery representative will pick up the package. Before approving the product, a quality check will be conducted. If the product(s) doesn't pass the quality check, we won't accept returns.
The following rules and exceptions apply to this policy:
All products being returned must be brand-new, unopened, and complete with all tags and packaging from the original packaging (e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).
Purchased items can only be returned; they cannot be exchanged.
Return orders are not covered by the Platform Handling Fee (as outlined in the "Terms of Use").
If a customer violates or abuses this policy in any way, as decided in Wrangler's sole discretion, Stewart Denim reserves the right to restrict the return of the items purchased on the Wrangler website. If you've bought something with a gift or offer attached to it and want to return the primary item, you'll also need to return the free item.
Stewart Denim won't be held responsible for anything that was unintentionally returned. When an extra or different product is unintentionally returned, Wrangler disclaims responsibility for its loss or replacement and declines responsibility for its return to the User.
To return the item, adhere to the following guidelines:
- To your account and log in.
- On your screen, click "My Accounts" in the upper right corner.
- Select "My Order"
- Create a Return Request and select "Return" from the menu.
- Observe the directions on the page and write down the Return ID.
- Your confirmation email will be sent.
When an order using a credit card, debit card, net banking, or wallet is canceled, the reimbursement will be performed within 7 to 10 working days.
